Social media has not just become a platform for showcasing their talents and increasing their range but it turned into an arena of severe trolling. In the name of freedom of expression, people are abusing and using hurtful language on things or people they don't like and enjoying the pain of others. There are a lot of such people on social media.
These types of comments and hate messages are mostly faced by celebrities and their kids. Many of them are getting body-shamed. People who don't get up from their seats and do something in life, step into social media and make comments on successful people. This has become the biggest irony in life. Recently senior star heroine Kajol who ruled the 90s and early 2000s has been trolled harshly on social media.
A few netizens are body-shaming her after they saw a video of her walking out of a gym and towards her car. Kajol did not wear anything unusual but looked less fit than earlier. Due to this, she was severely body shamed and a few even called her elephant or said that she might be pregnant and other things. Looking at these comments, we wonder if there are really such cruel people who hurt others due to their physical appearance.
It is not just Kajol's issue but many people on the internet are crossing limits when it comes to body shaming and moral policing. This has to stop and people need to start behaving like humans but not animals.
