Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan is presently undergoing treatment for his rare disease in London. While he broke out the news to the world in March this year, he has confirmed that it is a type of cancer. Though exact health condition of Irrfan is not known, some reports are coming out that he is recuperating from a neuroendocrine tumor and he might be back in Mumbai any time soon.
Meanwhile, there were reports in the media that Shah Rukh Khan has met Irrfan before he left to London for treatment on the insistence of Irrfan's wife. Shah Rukh is a good old friend of Irrfan from the theatre days. Shah Rukh reportedly handed over the keys of his London flat to Irrfan to stay at his flat. As the news spread in social media like wildfire, netizens started showering praises on Shah Rukh for his warm gesture.
Responding to the reports, Irrfan's spokesperson released an official statement clarifying that neither Shah Rukh met Irrfan in Mumbai nor he gave his London flat keys to Irrfan. But he maintained that both are good friends.
