Box-Office: Average Collections For 'iSmart Shankar'

Energetic Hero Ram's recent outing 'iSmart Shankar' has been shocking all the trade circles with its surprising collections. But, though movie is doing exceptionally well at the box office in the Telugu States, the collections in the USA are not at all good.
As per the latest reports, the gross of this film is very low. Interestingly, small movies like 'Brochevarevarura' has made $229 K in just 3 days where as 'iSmart Shankar's gross is just $215 K including premiers. 'iSmartShankar' has made $51,677 on Wedneaday, $31,477 on Thursday, $41,579 on Friday, $56,898 on Saturday and 30k on Sunday taking the Total Weekend Gross to $ 215k. Usually in this situation, the movie will be termed as a flop. But, as the makers have not sold the film to any distributor, the gross is just an average figure.
Producers of the movie Puri Jagannath and Charmme Kaur released the film through Great India Films on a commission basis. On the other hand, the movie has been having a dream run at the box office.
