Sharwanand: I'll score a blockbuster on 14th October

Maha Samudram, an intense love drama starring Sharwanand and Siddharth in the lead roles is gearing up for theatrical release on the 14th of this month. Promotions are in full swing for the film and the makers organized a grand pre-release event the other night to publicize the arrival of the film. The event was a grand affair and it was graced by the cast and crew of Maha Samudram.
Speaking at the event, Siddharth said Maha Samudram is not a comeback film for him but instead a relaunch. "Sharwanand is the hero of the film. The canvas of the project got a whole lot bigger after he came on board. Also, I am lucky that I got the opportunity to work on the film as I found a great friend for life in Sharwanand. I would also like to thank Ajay for penning such beautiful role for me in the film. The way he handled the project is truly spotless," Siddharth said.
Ajay Bhupathi said Maha Samudram is a proper violent love drama that has an intense and deep plot. "All the actors in the film gave me what I wanted as far as the performances go. They never questioned me about the story or the screenplay and I am thankful to them. I could shoot what I had envisioned while writing the story. While you are watching the film in theatres you will only see characters and no actors. That is how deep the story is and are the characters."
Sharwanand said Siddharth is wrong when he said he is the main hero in the film. "I am not the hero in the film. The story is the hero. Ajay Bhupathi approached me with this script and it materialized in just 3 days. We put in our heart and soul into this film and are really happy with the way things shaped up. I am confident that I will score a blockbuster on the 14th of this month when this film hits the big screens. I am sure that Maha Samudram will strike a chord with you all," he said.
