Comedians turning into heroes is not a new thing in Tollywood. Starting from Brahmanandam to recent small-time comedians, many of them tried their luck and famous small screen comedian Sudigali Sudheer is the new addition to this list.
He recently made his attempt as a hero with 'Software Sudheer'. This bore-fest was outright rejected by the audience. Producers tried to cash Sudheer's craze but it didn't work out as planned. The wasn't able to recover the poster costs in a few areas and most of the people weren't even aware that this film released. Many people claim that their film was a success but in fact, only 'Venky Mama' and 'Prathi Roju Pandage' proved to be successful.
It is high time that comedians select scripts that suit their image instead of going the regular commercial route filled with dances and fights. At a time when this commercial format is not working even for star heroes, people are asking why the comedians are choosing them and facing failures.
