First Look: Shraddha Kapoor As Saina Nehwal!

Shraddha Kapoor got into the shoes of Saina Nehwal for the biopic of the Badminton Champion. First Look of this movie produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series is finally out. This Amole Gupte-directorial went on floors on September 22nd.
In the first look, Shraddha Kapoor looks very much alike Saina Nehwal and delivers the trademark expression she offers in the badminton court.
Saina Nehwal sent a new benchmark in Badminton by becoming World No.1 in 2015 and remaining in the top position for a brief period. Despite injuries, She kept showing her fighting spirit and bounced back every time Critics had written off her. Saina is the first Indian to win two gold medals in the Commonwealth Games (2010 & 2018) in Singles Category. She was also the first Indian to bag bronze at Asian Games.
Shraddha Kapoor completed 40 training sessions of badminton to gain expertise, play and behave like Saina Nehwal. She finds the journey of the Badminton Star fascinating. Hopefully, This biopic ends up as a money spinner!
