It is already known that Samantha Akkineni will be next seen in a female-oriented flick called OH Baby. Directed by BV Nandini Reddy, it is an official remake of Korean flick, Ms.Granny. It is bankrolled by Suresh Babu under Suresh Productions banner. It will release on July 5.
Oh Baby chronicles the story of an old woman who attains her younger self miraculously. After watching the film, Suresh Babu felt that it has the potential to appeal to the pan-Indian audience and is planning to remake it in Bollywood currently.
Apparently, he is considering Shraddha Kapoor to reprise the role of Samantha. Currently, Rana is in Mumbai holding talks with the heroine. If Shraddha signs it, an official announcement will be made. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
