Shreya Ghoshal in Madame Tussauds, creates history

Shreya Ghoshal is one of the brilliant singers of this generation. Awards and rewards are not new for her because she has received 4 National Awards, 6 Filmfare Awards, 9 Filmfare Awareds South .. and the list is endless. In a recent development, Shreya Ghoshal created history as Madame Tussauds announced that they are going to unveil Shreya Ghoshal wax statue in the museum soon. With this announcement Shreya Ghoshal became the first Indian singer to be featured in Madame Tussauds.

Shreya's Wax statue will be unveiled soon in Madame Tussauds, Delhi. It is known that Madame Tussauds Museum has been started in Delhi in last year June. Shreya's wax statue will be kept alongside Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, PM Narendra Modi, pop singer Lady Gaga. Madame Tussauds have included the wax statues of celebrities from various fields in Delhi museum till now. The number of total statues in the museum is 50 till now.

Shreya was thrilled to know that her wax statue to be included in the Madame Tussauds. She said that "I am thrilled to be a part of history here at Madame Tussauds, and it is an honour to be featured among such talented stars, artists, historians and renowned celebrities".
