Why the buzz is missing for Shriya's item song?

In Telugu Cinema or any Cinema for that matter, an item song and that to canned on a heroine has always been a major talking point. Last year, Janatha Garage generated lot of buzz with Kajal's Pakka Local number. But somehow, Shriya Saran's special item number, "Time Ledu Guru", that was recorded especially to create some buzz after the entire shoot of the movie was over, for Nakshatram has not been able to create enough buzz around it.

The reason could be director Krishna Vamsi's old school choreography. These days, even in Bollywood the songs like Chikini Chameli, Munni Badnam Huyi, Missed Call, Devil songs have become so popular because of the choreography and dance steps the heroines have pulled off. The raunchy factor of those numbers is somehow missing here. Shriya Saran is a good dancer and using just some lighting effects and shooting her in different angles is not helping the song.

This online generation is not showing so much interest on the song with the kind of choreography and also they are not mesmerised by the tune as well. Let's see how the song will play out in the full context of the film. Sandeep Kishan, Regina Cassandra, Pragya Jaiswal are playing the leads and Sai Dharam Tej is playing an extended cameo in this cop drama.
