Sruthi Haasan decided to take a break for indefinite time after Katamarayudu and even walked out of her biggest film, Sanghamitra.
Many rumours and gossips have been spread about the possible reason for her gap. Some thought it is her weight, some thought it is her plans to marry her rumoured beau and few thought she grew an attitude as a star heroine.
The actress decided to open up and talk about it. She said, "I am not in the Industry to just act in movies and then retire. I want to make an impact like my parents as an actor and creative person.
I needed to search for inspiration within me and understand my strengths and weaknesses, as it all seemed easy.
So, I enjoyed my break and now, I am back to entertain audiences and my fans. I promise to them that there will be many movies from me in coming years," she concluded.
Soon, her film with her father Kamal Haasan, Sebhash Naidu will start shooting and she is also doing an Hindi film.
