Shruti Hassan reveals why she picked Salaar

"Films like Salaar are made on a larger than life scale. These pan-India films offer a golden chance to actresses like myself. They provide us with exposure to a wide section of the audience. Starring in a single pan-India film gives us nation-wide exposure," Shruti says.

Adding further, Shruti says she wouldn't have missed the opportunity to act in Salaar no matter what. The actress says she is really enjoying working on the film.

When asked about theatrical experience and OTT, Shruti picked theatricals. "There is no substitute to the theatrical experience. Certain films should be watched only in theatres. The large screen experience and the sound systems are not replaceable."
