Siddharth Slams Politicians While Talking About Ticket Issue!
By: Tupaki Desk | 24 Dec 2021 5:55 AM GMTA day after Natural Star Nani expressed his severe dissatisfaction over the ticket prices issue in Andhra Pradesh, another hero joined the force and targeted the government on the issue. Though the star did not take any names, his post made everyone look at the situations in Andhra Pradesh.
Actor Siddharth, who doesn't shy away from speaking his heart out, has slammed the Ministers who are endorsing reducing the movie cost making.
Hitting out at leaders who are talking about passing the discount to the customers, the Maha Samudram actor said as taxpayers people are paying for the luxuries. He also asked the politicians who earned lakhs of crores to reduce their luxury so that people can get their discount.
"Ministers who speak of reducing cost of cinema and passing on the discount to customers..We are tax payers. We are paying for all your luxuries...+ the lacs of crores politicians have earned through corruption...Reduce your luxuries. Give us our discount," the actor tweeted.
Earlier too, the actor raised his voice against the low prices of tickets in the state and urged the government to not persecute the industry. He said that the price of the movie is decided by the creator and not the consumer.
In a series of tweets, Actor Siddharth questioned why the film industry is targeted and called for the demand to save cinema.
The other day, Natural Star Nani gave his response to the much-talked-about tickets issue in the state and called the issue illogical. Saying that people are ready to buy tickets at normal rates as they can afford them, the self-made star said it is an insult to the audiences.
Natural Star Nani opined that it is not right to reduce the ticket fares as the audiences have the capability of buying tickets. In his words, bringing down the ticket prices is a humiliation for the audiences. The star said the Kirana stores are doing better than theatres in terms of business.
However, Nani was slammed by the Andhra Pradesh Ministers like Urban Development Minister Botsa Satyanarayana and others on his views. The Ministers said that the actor is making such comments for his gains.
