Star Hero & MD face severe backlash over 'Beep Song'

After Dhanush's Kolaveri Di Song now another tamil song is creating waves in kollywood. 'Beep Song' was allegedly sung by maverick actor Simbu composed by Anirudh Ravichander's . The song was leaked online and is now creating sensation and has come under severe criticism for the cuss words used in it.
The song is facing severe criticism from women groups of the state. A case of women harassment has been filed at a Coimbatore police station by IDWA Secretary Radhika. They approached Police Commissioner alleging that Silambarasan and Anirudh had recorded a song, which allegedly made some sexist and insulting remarks against women. However, neither Simbu nor Anirudh Ravichander has given confirmation on the track.
Meanwhile Simbu's fans are dismissing that it was sung by their hero. Aniruddh though clarified that he has been framed in the case and that he did not compose for the song.
