Siva Karthikeyan's 'Doctor' Heading For A Release In Hotstar!

With the theatres being closed for the past couple of months, the filmmakers are unable to predict the reception of the movie lovers when the big screens reopen again. Though there is a talk that the theatres might open from August, big and crazy films may need some more time to hit the screens.
Due to this, some interesting projects are lining up for an OTT release. Telugu films are 'Maestro', 'Drushyam 2' and 'Narappa' are rumored to be heading for a digital release. In the meanwhile, big budget Tamil film titled 'Doctor' is all set for a release on Disney Hotstar. The popular streaming network has officially announced it and the Kollywood audience are very excited about it.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, 'Doctor' features Siva Karthikeyan in the lead role. As we know, Siva Karthikeyan started from television as an anchor and became a big hero in Tamil Nadu over the years. He has a huge following and is known for his interesting script selection. 'Gang Leader' and 'Sreekaram' fame Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine in this project and music has been composed by young sensation Anirudh.
Nelson Dilipkumar is currently making 'Beast' with Thalapathy Vijay. The first look posters which came out recently got a huge response and Pooja Hegde is the heroine in this flick produced by Sun Pictures.
