'Solo Brathuke So Better' Takes The First Step! What Happens Next?

The theatres are getting reopened again in the Telugu states and Sai Tej's 'Solo Brathuke So Better' is going to be the first big-screen post the lockdown. The situation is entirely different from what it was before March and there is no guarantee over the number of footfalls in the theatres. The theatres are only allowed to run with 50 percent occupancy and with the Corona fear still intact, people may not be as enthusiastic to walk into the theatres.
But the team of 'Solo Brathuke So Better' took the bold decision of going ahead with the theatrical release. The film is getting released on 25th December and Zee Studios is releasing it. They bought the entire rights for 35 crores and it is going to be a tough task to recover that level of money with half occupancy in theatres.
The film has to have a solo run in theatres for at least 3 weeks if it has to become successful and moreover it has to get a positive talk. The industry well-wishers are saying that the whole industry needs to back this film and support the makers as they are paving the way. If the film becomes successful, there are many more films that will arrive in theatres. If not, the OTT platforms will become the safest option for the producers. We need to wait and see what happens on the 25th of December.
