Sonali Bendre's Emotional Note Left Everyone In Tears
By: Tupaki Desk | 9 Oct 2018 12:25 PM GMTActress Sonali Bendre has been struggling with metastatic cancer. Recently, she wrote an emotional note, sharing her experience of chemotherapy and surviving the painful sessions which is making her fans cry.
She started the note with a quote by Cheryl. ''Over the past couple of months, I have had both good days as well as bad ones. Sometimes, I've been so exhausted and in so much pain that even lifting a finger hurt. I feel like sometimes it's a cycle, one that starts with physical pain and leads to mental and emotional pain. There were so many bad days. Post chemo and post-surgery even just laughing hurts,'' read the note. The people are lauding her courage and surviving the pain she is going through.
''It takes an immense amount of self-care to get out of that pain. Sleep helps, or having my favourite smoothie after chemo, or just talking to my son too. For now, as my treatment continues... my visual focus is to just get better and get back home. It's yet another test... Student all my life... Learning all my life... #OneDayAtATime'' concluded Sonali.
