There Was Only 30% Chance Of Sonali's Survival

We are aware that actress Sonali Bendre has recently recovered from cancer. She underwent treatment for more than six months and after recovering fully from the disease, she came back to India. She has recently appeared on the cover of the lifestyle magazine, Bazaar.
Speaking to the magazine, she said,"So when my PET [Positron Emission Tomography] scan showed up cancer had spread all over my abdomen, like fairy lights scattered all over, and when the doctor in New York said that there was about 30 per cent chance of it all going away, we were shattered.â
"But the thought of death didnât come to me. I thought this was going to be a long struggle, but I never thought Iâd die,â she added. this proves how mentally tough Sonali was, during that rough phase. She also urged other people to be with their friends and family during such phases.
