In recent days, we heard a lot about talented actor Sonu Sood for his generous gesture in these testing times.
Earlier, he won the people hearts by offering his Mumbai restaurant to be used for relaxation of doctors, nurses and paramedical staff who working round the clock battling the deadly virus.
After some days, he opened Shakti Annadanam to feed the needy in these lockdown days. He has been helping about 45,000 homeless people in Mumbai's Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, and Jogeshwari areas every day.
Now, Sonu is back in the news as he offered food to nearly 25,000 daily wage workers in Mumbai who observe fasting during the holy Ramzan period. It is said that the food provided by Sonu contains special nutrients which will help the workers remain energetic throughout the day.
