South's First OTT Released Film Ends Up Getting Average Talk!

There is a lot of talk going on about the release of films directly on OTT platforms. At this time, Tamil film 'RK Nagar' turned out to be the first South Indian film to have direct OTT release. Featuring Kodandarami Reddy's son Vaibhav, Sampath, and others in the lead, the crime thriller which released recently ended up getting an average response.
The critics panned the film for its wayward first hour and the unexciting narrative with many loopholes. Despite a better second half, the film failed to blend all types of emotions smoothly. Vaibhav did a good job but a lot of time was eaten away for his character establishment in this flick.
This movie was planned to release in summer the previous year but it finally managed to have an OTT release. This flick was produced by Venkat Prabhu and analysts say that it is a one time watch. Have a look at it when you are free.
