South Heroine charges Rs 2 Crore per Film

For the Tamil film 'Idhu Namma Aalu' in which she was paired opposite her ex-boyfriend, Nayantara has charged a remuneration of Rs 2 crore and this is said to be a record in recent times as the film is neither bi-lingual nor trilingual.
Two Years after their break-up, Nayantara and Simbhu teamed up again and it was the script narrated by director Pandiraj which made this happen. The two actors were so sure that they wouldn't be getting a story like it again and hence joined hands putting their differences aside.
As there is huge craze for the project in business circles because of her pairing with Simbhu, Nayantara has quoted a whooping Rs 2 crore and the makers have no objecting paying her more than Rs 50 lakhs to what she usually charges as long as the film sells.
