Spotted: KCR gets first TS code

Telangana transport officials already started the process of changing Telangana registration numbers.As part of that codes of Telangana vehicles will be replaces with TS.
However KCR leads the way and he was the first to get “TS vehicle registration code” for his convoy Toyota Land Cruiser in Telangana cheif minister K Chandrasekhara Rao's official convoy has a change in registration code from AP to TS after Telangana government notifies the alpha numeric change in vehicle registration in Telangana state.
The CM’s convoy comprises a Toyota Prado and four Toyota Fortuners. The existing registration number of all his vehicles in the convoy is AP 09K 6666. Only ‘AP’ has now been replaced by ‘TS’ while the number remains the same
The Chief Minister had earlier clarified that the vehicle's registration number will not change, but only the code "AP" will be replaced with "TS".
The government has asked all the vehicle owners to replace ‘AP’ with ‘TS’ within four months. Though the Centre had earlier issued a notification giving ‘TG’ code to Telangana, it revised the code later on request of the Chief Minister .
