Sridevi playing MOM to Heroine

No one would have anticipated Sridevi would sign a role (Mother to a 25-Year-Old) so early, that too after making a grand comeback with 'English Vinglish'.
Surprising one and all, Sridevi will be playing mother to Hansika in an adventure fantasy flick under the direction of Chimbudevan. Hansika will be seen as a Princess in this crazy project which also stars Vijay and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles. This is for the first time Sridevi will be sharing screen space with this trio. The fact this is only the second film of Sri after her comeback adds to the humongous craze this project has been carrying.
May be, Sridevi lives in reality and hence she wasn't scared to play mother role. Once again she proved how unpredictable she can be by signing this project.
An expensive castle set has been erected in the outskirts of Chennai for the filming of this movie. Its certainly going to be one of the costliest projects in Vijay's career.
