Star Heroes Who Had A Change In Their Titles!

Hero worshipping culture is quite common down South. Heroes are often treated as demigods and just like how kings were called back in those days, heroes have titles ahead of their names which signify their stardom. There are a few heroes who were made to change their titles during the course of their careers.
As we know, Allu Arjun was called Stylish Star right from the beginning of his career. Known for his energy and style quotient, he was given this title. It is now changed to 'Icon Star' from 'Pushpa'. Sukumar gave him this title and it was taken from Vanu Sriram's film name 'ICON' which Bunny was supposed to do under Dil Raju's production.
Even Chiranjeevi was called as 'Supreme' hero back in the 80s and 90s. Right from 'Marana Mrudangam', he is being referred as 'Megastar' and he is still called with the same tag even today. Coming to Nandamuri Balakrishna, he was called as 'Yuvaratna' which was after his father Sr. NTR who was called 'Nata Ratna'. After the super success of 'Simha', Balakrishna was given the title 'Nata Simham' and it is being continued even today.
Same is the case with Nagarjuna who was referred as 'Yuva Samrat' since his father late Nageswar Rao was called 'Nata Samrat'. Ever since 'King' was released, Nagarjuna has been attached the name 'King' ahead of his name and it is how his name appears onscreen now. Coming to Mahesh Babu, he was called 'Prince' right from the start of his career as a hero but after scoring an industry hit like 'Pokiri', fans started calling him 'Superstar' Mahesh Babu which used to be his father Krishna's title.
Tamil star hero Vijay was also called as Ilayathalapathy till a few years back. As he got matured and a bit older, he is now being hailed by the fans as Thalapathy Vijay. The same is the case with Prabhas as fans called with Young Rebel Star before but they took out the 'Young' from his title as he crossed forty now. Ravi Teja was called Mass Hero during the early days after becoming a hero. Now, he is being referred as Mass Maharaj by his fans which is apt for him.
Back in the days, superstar Krishna was called 'Nata Sekhara' but he was called as Superstar later and this title is now given to his son Mahesh Babu who is one of the top heroes in Tollywood.
