Star Heroine Arrested for Rash Driving; Released

Sandalwood heroine and actress Pooja Gandhi is booked for rash driving. The accident had taken place in the South Bengaluru Jayanagar area when the actress was coming home with her family members .Her speeding car rammed into a motorcycle and left a elder woman with injuries.
Surprisingly the actress was absconding after her car rammed into a two-wheeler and injured the rider. The victim's family lodged a case of negligent driving with the police against the actress
Police arrested Pooja in her house and she tried to implicate her driver in the case.Police said she at last confessed to negligent driving and that she hit the two-wheeler rider while taking a turn.
She has been booked under section 304 A of IPC and has been taken into custody and later released.Pooja shot to limelight after doing several impressive roles in blockbusters.She was known for telugu audience with her role in Dandupalyam which released last year.
