From the past few days, we have been hearing rumors that Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu is going to become a producer and is willing to bankroll a web series.
Rumors are rife that the title of the web series is 'Charlie'. Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar is supervising everything. Writer-director Hussain Shah Kiran of 'Nannaku Prematho' fame is the one who came with the script of 'Charlie'. This 8-episodes web series is going to be Mahesh Babu's maiden web series project. Namratha has already accepted the project whereas Mahesh is yet to take the final call. But, who is going to be the hero of this project has become a hot topic. The director is eyeing to rope in a newcomer whereas Mahesh wants someone from his family to play the lead role.
