Story of Akkineni's December Sentiment

December month is sentiment for Akkineni family members. Earlier, the films Manmadhudu, Mass and few others released in December. Now, Hello is gearing up for the theatres in December. Nagarjuna Akkineni, the producer of the movie recently opened up on this particular sentiment.
"We were supposed to release Manmadhudu for Sankranthi but because of too many releases, we shifted it to December. The film became a big hit. Mass was released in December unexpectedly in December and it also became a hit....Sumanth's Sathyam also released in December and became successful. One of my father's fans sent me a greeting card saying that my father's full-fledged solo hero movie also released in December month. Since then, I feel that December month is some kind of sentiment for us." said Nag.
Talking about releasing Hello in December, he told, "Though the sentiment is a reason for releasing Hello in December, the other reason is to avoid competition with big heroes for Sankranthi."
Hello is releasing on 22nd of this month.
