Dil Raju has been projecting 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' as a movie with traditional values. Promos & Making Videoes released so far offer the same impression. Every opportunity is being used to promote it as a wholesome family entertainer.
Films made with marriage backdrop has bitten dust in the recent years. Be it Allu Arjun's 'Varudu' or Krishna Vamsi's 'Mogudu' or Niharika's 'Happy Wedding', None of them were able to hit the bull's eye. More than glorifying marriage, Melodrama and Emotions matter the most for gaining people's acceptance. That is what films like 'Pelli Sandadi' and 'Premalayam' has proved.
Post 'A..Aa', Nithin tasted two flops (Lie, Chal Mohan Ranga). He badly needs a hit at this stage. Whether 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' overcomes the negative sentiment?
