Sudden Development in much-talked-about Tollywood Drugs

Back in 2017, the Telangana Excise (Enforcement) Department unearthed a drugs racket, and several names associated with the Tollywood industry were linked to the case. The infamous case has created quite a sensation.
The case took a surprising turn after four long years with the case reaching the Nampally Court on Thursday. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) which dealt with the case had submitted the crucial evidence and the charge sheet to the court. The Nampally court said it will hear the case.
Media reports are abuzz that there is a big conspiracy behind bringing the case all of a sudden by not making any sound over these years and this is the reason why the much-talked-about case went through a sudden development.
The main twist in the case is that the documents in connection with only eight cases were produced before the court, while 12 cases were filed by the SIT in total in regard to the drugs case. This development has raised several questions on why the documents of other cases were not submitted.
