Sujeeth Opens Up On Plagiarism Allegations

Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho released last week amidst huge expectations across the world. But unfortunately, the film failed to live up the hype and gained a negative talk right from the show once. But it managed to get huge collections, all thanks to Prabhas' pan-Indian stardom and the advantage of the long weekend.
Many people have also claimed that the film's plot is lifted from the French film, Largo Winch. Even the original film's director alleged the same. Finally, Saaho's director Sujeeth opened up on all these allegations. He said that many people are putting these allegations without even watching that French film.
He stated, "To be honest, I didn't watch Laro Winch. I just changed the story of earlier film Run Raja Run and made it as Saaho. Many films came up with the plot of hero avenging his father's death by coming in from an exile. Are all of them are lifted from Largo Winch?"
"Despite all the negativity, people are showering praises on Saaho. I have been getting calls from North Indian states like Bihar and people over there told me that they would've constructed a temple for me if was a Bihari. My concern is that our people are not encouraging when a Telugu director made a pan-Indian film. Anyways, I am happy with the way the audience is enjoying it and collection prove the same," added Sujeeth.
