How Sukumar Falls In 'Love' With Heros?

From last one week, Sukumar is the only name we are hearing everywhere. Before release of Rangasthalam, his name is taken with fear and after release out of pure appreciation.
Sukumar some how manages to gain respect of his heroes and no one talks about him bad even after the movie result is out.
Allu Arjun after Arya and Arya-2 became a friend of Sukumar. Ram still regards Jagadam, his best movie ever.
Mahesh Babu, even though his Nenokkadine failed, treats Sukumar with respect and their is always a possibility of both working together again.
Jr. NTR loves Sukumar and he expressed that Sukumar gave him his best character in his career. Ram Charan Tej too appreciated him so much.
So how he do this? The director said, "I am here to make movies and to make movies you need love everything that is part of your films. Cast is the major part and I love my heroes. I travel with them for 2 years minimum and if I don't love them, I can't work with them. As I love them genuinely, they too admire and respect me. I don't just love them for movie. I keep that love alive after that too. Hence, they like me too."
