There Is No Loss For My Producers - Sukumar
By: Tupaki Desk | 25 March 2018 9:55 AM GMTSukumar has made his first film in the Telugu Industry in 2004 with Arya. He finished 14 years of career as a director but he made only 7 films.
For every second year, he is releasing one film, these days and the director is remarked as too slow in making.
For Rangasthalam, the working days are said to be more than 300 and when this question is posted to Sukumar at a press interaction, he said that he due to his slowness only he is getting affected and not his producers.
He said, "I don't like a story quickly. I need time for it to sync in and I change it a lot to achieve what I think will work. So, I spend most of time improving the scenes and script.
"There are days that I re-write a scene at shooting spot as it feels too pale. I am like that. I want my film to perfectly reflect what I intended to tell and I am slow in judging.
"But I see that it won't hurt my producers. I want them to feel comfortable all the time and finish a film within an year. We started Rangasthalam last April and it is releasing on 30th March. So, it is me who is at loss, as I will make only fewer films but producers will not be at loss due to my working nature," said the director.
Samantha Akkineni, Anasuya, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Adhi Pinisetty, Naresh are playing important roles in the movie along with Ram Charan Tej.
Devi Sri Prasad album for Rangasthalam is already popular and the advance booking for the film is opened at few places and it is going stronger than anticipated.
