Sukumar To Kick Start 'Pushpa 2' In Summer!

Star writer-director Sukumar created a sensation at the box office with his rustic action drama 'Pushpa â The Rise'. The way he presented such a non-commercial script and showcased the true potential of Allu Arjun is getting a lot of appreciation. The film became a rage and the character of Pushparaj became a synonym for attitude.
Not just in South India but the movie got huge applause in the North market too as it minted over 100 crores at the Bollywood box office. Allu Arjun is a pan-Indian star now and people are eager to find out the rest of the story of 'Pushpa'.
As we know, Sukumar divided this story into two parts and with the first being so successful, he fine-tuned the script of the second part recently. After getting ready with the script, he is all set to take the film on floors. If sources are to be believed, the shooting of 'Pushpa â The Rule' will begin from the summer.
Though Bunny wanted to make a film with Boyapati in between the two parts of 'Pushpa', he decided to postpone the 'Sarrainodu' director's film as the success of 'Pushpa 2' would cement his status as a pan-Indian star. In the meanwhile, Boyapati announced that his next project would be with energetic hero Ram Pothineni.
'Pushpa â The Rise' is set in the backdrop of red sanders smuggling and it is released on a pan-Indian scale. It was dubbed in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Rashmika played the role of Srivalli in this film while Malayalam star hero Fahadh Faasil played the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. Actors like Ajay Ghosh, Sunil, Anasuya and others played negative roles in this high-budget film. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music for this flick.
