When asked what's her secret, Suma gives credit to her grandmother who lives in Kerala. Recently, Suma and Rajeev Kanakala have gone to Kerala for her 100th Birthday Celebrations. Suma discloses having smile on face always, keeping pressures at bay and wishing only good things to happen for others is the secret of her Grandmother's long life span.
On this occasion, Suma shared few precious moments she spent with her Grandmother. Even at that age, She prepares a Dosa for the family members. Suma who is witnessing this feat commented, 'Ammamma 100 Years…Dosa Vestundhi'.
