Sandeep Lost To Nikhil And Nani!
By: Tupaki Desk | 21 Feb 2018 9:49 AM GMTSandeep Kishan has been trying to establish himself as a box office hero from quite sometime. Prasthanam, gave him a nice platform as a performer and Venkatadri Express, good success as a lead.
But he is one of the worst slumps any young actor can go through with 8 back to back flops at the box office. Still, the actor is one of the popular young actors who can make a big comeback with one good film.
The actor before getting the role in Prasthanam, did struggle as an actor and went from office to office, audition to audition, to secure an acting job.
He could have been the lead in Ashtachemma and Happy Days films. But he lost both the opportunities.
The actor himself revealed why in a recent interview. "I was auditioned for all four characters in Happy Days and got selected for Nikhil's Rajesh character. But as couldn't fluently speak Telangana slang, Shekar Kammula went with other actor and he personally apologised for that," recounted the actor.
Then he further said, "I went for auditions of Ashtachemma too. Indraganti Mohan Krishna, the director liked my acting style and thought I would fit for Nani's role. But as Nani is already fixed, he said that I wouldn't be a fit for Avasarala Srinivas's role. So, I lost that part too."
