We are aware of the dual role being played by Rajinikanth in his upcoming flick 'Lingaa'. While one of these roles is said to be that of a district collector. the other one is believed to be a thief.
As per the script, Rajinikanth plans a robbery to get hold of an expensive diamond during a jewellery exhibition. He does that for a particular reason and this sequence which offers an due of the seat experience lasts for nearly 20 minutes.
Director KS Ravikumar understands the commercial aspects of the film like no other filmmaker. He has the knack of satisfying the fans of the heroes with his brilliant execution skills. We could notice it from films Narasimha with Rajini and Panchathantiram & Dasavatharam with Kamal.
'Lingaa' is scheduled to release on December 12th on the occasion of Rajini's birthday. Sonakshi and Anushka plays the female lead. Jagapathi Babu does the role of main villain. Music is by AR Rahman. Cinematography by Ratnavelu. Rockline Venkatesh is producing the movie.
