Supreme Court Rescued Mohan Babu from High Court!!

At last collection King Mohan Babu gets sigh of relief in his Padma Shri issue which was dragging from few months.Its known that recently the High Court of Andhra Pradesh had asked the actor to return his award. But the actor challenged the HC decision on Supreme Court and the latter has favored him by saying that the actor need not surrender his Padma Shri title.
Last week, Supreme Court asked Mohan Babu to file an affidavit declaring no misuse of the Padma award title within a week. Accepting it, Mohan Babu has filed the affidavit and produced it before SC today. He told the supreme court that he would not use the word Padma Shri in film titles from onwards and promised that he will remove from earlier films too. Upon hearing the request from Mohan Babu SC convinced and favors him.
BJP senior leader N Indrasena Reddy was filed a petition in the High Court seeking a direction to the central government to recommend to the President annulment of the national award, Padma Shri, given to actor-producer M Mohan Babu and popular film comedian Brahmanandam in the year 2007 and 2009,respectively.Acting upon the request from the petitioner HC acts quickly and asked them to surrender their awards.
Now the Supreme Court judgment would certainly delight Mohan Babu!
