Popular Hero Avoids Heroine

The lady luck and a glamorous touch is mandatory for any project in recent times. The filmmakers have to satisfy certain requirements of the audiences and having a glamorous heroine in the project is an important element for a film to become successful. Many times, heroines make their presence in the films even though there is no substantial role in the script but they fill the glam space in the project and brings their luck to it. Now, a star hero in Kollywood is avoiding this glam factor for his upcoming project. He is none other than the talented hero Karthi.

Karthi has teamed up with director Lokesh Kanagaraj who earlier made Managaram. As per the reports from Chennai filmnagar, it is there is no heroine in Karthi's next film. Titled as Khaidi, the film's shoot is already wrapped up. The makers recently launched the first look which features Karthi standing intensely inside a Jail.

The film narrates the tale of a prisoner trying to escape from jail. The story takes place in 48 hours in an intense and realistic manner. Hence, the makers felt that there is no scope to add a romantic track in the movie and get a glamorous heroine. Karthi too got convinced with the idea and gave his nod for the same.

Very soon, the film will hit the screens in both Telugu and Tamil languages.
