Suriya Family donates Rs 50 lakhs

Tamil star Suriya's Family have generously donated for the Hudhud cyclone relief fund. Suriya has contributed Rs 25 lakhs, His Younger Brother Karthi and their Family Member-cum-Producer KE Ganavelraja donated Rs 12.5 lakhs each to the relief and rebuilding operations in four Coastal Districts.
Even Actor Vishal donated Rs 12.5 lakhs to CM Relief Fund.
Apparently, Suriya is only next to Rajinikanth in Telugu States when it comes to market. Karthi's films too have been doing good business in AP & Telangana.
On the other hand, Vishal is a Telugu Guy and he hails from Rayalseema region. Some of his dubbed films have been commercial successful and even his upcoming flick 'Pooja' has been releasing in 400-plus screens here.
Good to see Tamil Stars taking up the responsibility of helping the Hudhud cyclone victims. This one move have earns them a special place in the hearts of Telugus!
