Tollywood director Vignesh Shivan is in full form right now. In the past, he does not have any craze. He just directed one movie 'Poda Podi'. But after doing Naan Rowdy Daanan with Nayanthara, his career took a positive turn and got connected to her. Now he became Nayan's boyfriend and his bagging some big movies.
Vignesh has done a movie Thana Serndha Koottam with Tamil star hero Surya. It also got released as Gang in Telugu. Though the Telugu version became a flop the Tamil movie did moderately well at the box office. So, Surya has gifted a brand new car to Vignesh. It is a Toyota Innova Crysta model car and Surya has gifted the Cherry Red variant of it to Vignesh. Not only the directing chance but Nayan's boyfriend has also sacked a big car as a gift. However, some are commenting that it would have been good if he has gifted a luxury car but gifting a car which is just Rs. 30 lakhs is not that great.
Surya never fails to appreciate the talent of a director. Even in the past, despite Singam 3 becoming a flop he gifted a car to director Hari. Now as Thana Serndha Kootam is also a moderate hit, he gave a medium range car.
