Actor Sushant Singh Rajput has ended weeks of speculation about the status of his relationship with his girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. From few months there have been reports about the star couple breaking up. And now, the actor has confirmed the news.
He took to twitter to share the news "Neither she was an alcoholic nor I am a womanizer. People do grow apart and it's unfortunate. Period," Sushant tweeted
Sushant clarification can be seen as reply to his relationship with actress Parineeti Chopra. Rumours had it that the actor’s closeness to Parineeti Chopra was one of the reason for the split.
Sushant will next appear in "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story" - based on Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Sushant and Ankita fell in love after they met on the sets of their debut TV show, Pavitra Rishta.
