TV9 and ABN Andhrajyothi Reporters went to cover a programme conducted by Swamiji recently. Much to the shock of these powerful media houses, Swamiji breathed fire on them for focusing only on TRPs using individuals like Sri Reddy and Kathi Mahesh rather than focusing on People's issues.
Swamiji: 'You don't bother about people's issues at all..You just need TRPs. What for you are coming here with mikes? We know what you would do & whom do you carry on your shoulders. You run programmes for hours on useless people. TRP ratings are what you need not dharma. Please don't come here..we haven't come here for your sake. Indian Media isn't in support of public grievances. Media got sold out, it neither have honesty nor values. It's just yellow journalism, not facts! The Saint challenged TV9 Ravi Prakash and ABN Andhrajyothi if they would offer live coverage for his yatra. He accused the News Channels of backstabbing Hindus.
