'Shakti' is one of the biggest disasters in NTR's career and also for Vyjayanthi Movies. This film costed Ashwini Dutt dearly and he wasn't able to produce a high-budget venture till date.
Swapna Dutt (D/O Ashwini Dutt) said: 'No one knows the fate of a movie during the making process. When we heard the story of 'Shakti', We got the feeling of making a wonderful project. If story isn't good enough, We aren't fools to do such a high-budget venture. Tarak in particular isn't a fool. But, The result depends on how the story was conveyed onscreen & its presentation. That's where 'Shakti' failed!'.
Ashwini Dutt's Daughters have producer low-budget movies on the Three Angels Banner. Although they produced some really nice projects, Only 'Yevade Subramaniam' became successful.
Swapna Dutt is also the head of Local TV. She did try many things at a very Young Age but yet to make it big. Wish this Sensible Maker Good Luck!
