Box Office: Sye Raa Beats War & Saaho!

'Sye Raa' collected a mammoth Gross of Rs 81.44 crore and Share of Rs 51.88 crore on Day 1. It emerged as All Time Second Biggest Opening in Telugu States, TFI's All Time Third Biggest Worldwide and South India's Fifth Biggest Worldwide Opener. All Time Record was set in Uttar Andhra and Krishna regions.

In fact, 'Sye Raa' collected more than 'Saaho' in the Telugu States. While the Prabhas-starrer managed to get Rs 36.5 crore on Day 1, Chiru's dream project generated over Rs 38 crore share.

This Chiranjeevi-starrer has beaten Bollywood biggie 'War' starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff by a healthy margin on Day 1. While 'War' collected Rs 53.35 crore on Day 1, 'Sye Raa' raked in Rs 60.6 crore Nett in India (all languages). Telugu Movie Buffs yet again showed what they are capable of doing with 'Sye Raa'.
