Megastar Chiranjeevi often termed his upcoming film Syeraa Narasimha Reddy as his dream project as well the most prestigious film in his four-decade-old career. Directed by Surender Reddy, the teaser of Syeraa was released about a week ago and has got a raving response from the audience.
The makers have stated that the film will release on October 2nd simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. On the very same day, another Bollywood biggie called War starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is hitting the screens. Initially, no one thought War will be a competitor for Syeraa until the trailer of the former was released a couple of days back.
War is a high octane action entertainer which was made on a huge budget. It has some mind-blowing action sequences featuring both Hrithik and Tiger. The presence of both the hunk actors gives an edge for this film over Syeraa in the northern belt. Thus, the makers of Syeraa are planning to avoid the clash with War.
A few Bollywood websites have stated the other day that the release Syeraa has been postponed to October 9th to avoid clashing with War. Top Bollywood trade analyst Komal Nahta too posted the tweet and deleted it again.
Looks like the postponement is evident and we just have to wait for an official announcement.
