Judwaa2, Taapsee Glamorous Performance

Taapsee Pannu is a popular heroine in Telugu even before she achieved fame in Bollywood with films like 'Pink'. Once she achieved an appreciation for her performance in 'Pink', she went on to criticise South films for showing heroines as glamour dolls. This has become a talking point and she tried to pacify the critics with her clarification. Somehow the issue got subsided later.

Surprisingly Taapsee has done a similar role in the upcoming Bollywood film 'Judwaa 2' starring Varun Dhawan. Filmmakers have released the trailer of the film yesterday. The movie is a commercial potboiler with all kinds of masala including liplocks, bikinis. Taapsee who was actually supporting Bollywood for performance-oriented films, came up with glamour doll role appearing in a bikini and locking lips with Varun. Netizens are commenting that this is a 'performance oriented' role of Taapsee in Bollywood.

On the other hand, Taapsee's Telugu film 'Anando Brahma's is performing extremely well at the ticket windows. Irrespective of her comments about South films, 'Anando Brahma' success will bring her more offers here.
