When compared to the remuneration of star heroes, we can say that the remuneration of heroines will be very less. There will be a huge difference between their paychecks. Heroines like Kangana Ranaut always voice out their opinions on this and here is what Taapsee Pannu has to say about it.
Taapsee Pannu who was not happy with the glamourous roles in Tollywood shifted to Bollywood and has been testing her luck there with content-driven movies like 'Pink', 'Naam Shabana', 'Soorma', 'Mulk' etc. Now, she told an interesting point regarding this remuneration issue. She said that it is not correct to demand high remunerations as a hero. "Movie is a show business. Everything here is inter-connected to money. Producers give remuneration based on the market of that particular hero. " said Taapsee and added that she cannot demand to get hefty paychecks like Amitabh Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Akshay Kumar etc.
She clarified that she doesn't have the fan following like them and clarified that she cannot bring the audience to the theatres with her name. So, she stated that she cannot ask the same remuneration as them. She added that it is not good to compare with others.
