No! Tamannah Hasn't Paid Double Amount!!

Recently, Tamannah Bhatia purchased a lavish sea-view apartment in Mumbai's post locality Versova by shelling out Rs 16.60 crore.
Bollywood Media reported that Tamannah spent somewhere close to Rs 80,000 per square foot for her dream flat from Builder Sameer Bhojwani. Prices of apartments which are 500 metres away from Tamannah's apartment are just around 40,000 per square foot.
This argument doesn't make sense why because Tamannah's new apartment has got it's own advantages. The Apartments costing Rs 40,000 per square foot in Versova mayn't have the same infrastructure and amenities as that of Milky Beauty's Flat. Most importantly, Tamannah flat is on the 14th floor of the 22 storey luxurious apartment named Bayview.
If someone like Tamannah who doesn't splurge money for luxuries got ready to spend somewhere close to Rs 17 crore on a property, Then it must have been really worth paying so much and it's unfair to judge it as double payment. Actors aren't fools to pay whatever amount is being quoted by the Builder if it's not worth it.
