Tamil Film on AP cops brutality

We have seen many cop films in tollywood and in all the films our directors have portrayed their heroes as messiah for the poor and needy. Now an upcoming Tamil film is creating sensation in Kollywood and it impressed several tamil stars like Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam and Priyadarshan. Surprisingly the film is about Andhra police and how they tortured public in the name of interrogation.
The film we are talking was Visaranai (Interrogation) which was written and directed by Vetrimaaran. The film deals with subject of police brutality, corruption, and loss of innocence in the face of injustice. The movie is getting acclaim from critics all over and the interrogation scenes in the film are brutal to the core that can move even tough people.
The film is set for a nation-wide release in India on February 5th and it features Dinesh, Anandhi, and Murugadoss in the lead roles. Interestingly the lead lady of the movie Anandhi hailed from Telangana. Telugu actor Ajay Ghosh is playing the role of an inspector in the film and would appear throughout the first half. The film was produced by Tamil star Dhanush.
