'Brahmotsavam' Box Office wasn't up to the mark since Day 1. Heavy drops were recorded in all the territories from Second Day and the trend continued in the Weekdays as well.
Trade Circles predicts 'Brahmotsavam' is all set to become 'Double Disaster' as it mayn't even collect half of what is required for break-even. Makers swung into action to give an assurance to the Distributors and Exhibitors who have incurred huge losses by buying the theatricals for record prices.
Finally, Producers have taken a call on how to handle the situation. If the buzz in the Industry Circles is to be believed, Makers offered refund to Distributors only if the recovery is below 60% of the Investment.
As per the current trend, 'Brahmotsavam' will suffer 60% losses in few areas and 40% deficit in the rest.
