TDP - BJP Alliance confirmed, Seat Sharing details!

The pre-poll alliance between TDP and BJP has been finalised and an official announcement will be out within few days.
As per the deal:
Parliament: BJP will contest 8 out of 17 Lok Sabha seats in Telangana and 4-5 out of 25 Lok Sabha seats in Seemandhra.
Assembly: BJP will contest 25 out of 119 Assembly seats in Telangana and 15 out of 175 Assembly seats in Seemandhra.
TDP will be fielding its candidates in all of the remaining seats in Telangana and Seemandhra. There willn't be much trouble for TDP in Telangana with the seat sharing but the problem for it is with Seemandhra. BJP is demanding Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Narsapuram Lok Sabha seats where TDP is strong enough to win by contesting alone.
Interestingly, Chandrababu Naidu demanded BJP to make him the convenor of NDA. But, BJP is yet to take a decision on this issue.
A public meeting will be held in Seemandhra soon where Narendra Modi and Chandrababu Naidu will share the dais with the slogan 'Modi for PM, Naidu for CM' in April.
